Booking Terms & Conditions

 Booking Policy  -

* A (NON-REFUNDABLE) 25% deposit is required upon booking to secure date/time & item/s requested.

 * ELITE Event Hire reserve the right to cancel any bookings where full payment has not been received 4 weeks prior to the requested hire date.

 * Full amount is due for payment 4 weeks prior to the requested hire date. 

 * Bookings made within 4 weeks of hire date will be required to pay full amount upon booking to secure date/time & item/s requested.  

Cancellation Policy -  

* NO REFUNDS for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to requested hire date. 

 * If hire is cancelled due to bad weather prior to our arrival a 75% REFUND will be given. 

 * If hire is cancelled due to bad weather during travel/setup/hire time, NO REFUND will be given.  

 Weather Policy -  

* ELITE Event Hire will monitor weather conditions for the week leading up to the hire date & for the duration of the hire. 

 * ELITE Event Hire will contact customers regarding the weather for 48hrs prior to the hire date to ensure there are minimal last minute cancellations.
